Two late model moulders are used to profile the timber. They have the capability of producing small moulders and also large end sections up to 310mm wide.  The latest German Weinig technology is used to enable us to produce accurate profiles with quick set-up times.  These two machines give us flexibility and the ability to produce custom profiles.

Treatment

Treatment

Treatment is undertaken using the Koppers Performance Chemicals Light Organic Solvent Preservative (LOSP) system, which has a 25-year guarantee against fungal and insect attack. Flash off time is between 7 – 14 days depending on dimensions.  This ensures good paint adhesion.
